It was during my residency program that I developed a passion for emotional and mental health. Fortunately, I was mentored by such a great person who guided me through helping and managing care for patients with mental health problems such as depression. Being there to guide more than a hundred clients and their loved ones through their journey with depression was an incredible journey for me as well.

Though realistically speaking, it has not always been like that, as I have been on both sides of the isle. I, too, have had to battle with depression after my father passed away. Thankfully, I am able to be transparent about it now and would like more people to experience the feeling of being able to overcome depression.

Now, I dedicate my time to continue guiding individuals and their loved ones towards healing from depression as The Happiness Doctor! Through a program that I have developed, I am able to help more people cure their depression and be able to live their best life feeling victorious and filled with happiness.
